How do I ensure my coffee stays fresh?
We recommend storing your beans in a cool, dark place inside an airtight container. Avoid refrigeration, as moisture can compromise the flavor profile of the roast.
When will my coffee be roasted and shipped?
To guarantee maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches every Tuesday and Thursday. Orders generally ship within 24-48 hours of roasting.
Do you offer ground coffee or only whole beans?
We offer both! You can select your preferred grind size—from coarse for French Press to fine for Espresso—on each product page before adding it to your cart.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Where do you source your coffee beans?
The Coffee Club partners directly with sustainable farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Brazil. we prioritize Fair Trade practices and organic farming methods whenever possible.
Can I modify or cancel my subscription?
